GeoStrap®

The GeoStrap® reinforcing strips consist of discrete channels of closely packed high tenacity polyester yarns encased in a polyethylene sheath. They are produced by a unique extrusion-coating process.
The High Adherence GeoStrap® is a unique reinforcement – ribbed along both its edges to provide higher friction with soil. It is typically highly efficient in fine ground soils, uniform sands and seismic areas due to its greater friction capacity, reducing the consumption of strips, ultimately resulting in the magnificent structure stability.
GeoStrap® are not sensitive to backfills with high concentrations in salts and are most suitable to marine applications. They are also able to withstand the infiltration of de-icing salts. Design parameters are determined according to the environment and the desired service life of the structure Also, the wide range of grade* allows quantity optimization according to the dimensions of structure and forces applied. GeoStrap® reinforcing strips are compatible with all applications where the backfill pH is under 9. They do not impose any limitation in salt concentration.

EcoStrap™

EcoStrap™ Reinforcing Strips are unique and innovative solution featuring discrete channels of closely packed High-Tenacity Polyvinyl Alcohol (HT-PVAL) tendons, encased in a polyethylene sheath. Manufactured using a specialized extrusion-coating process, these strips leverage advanced manufacturing technology for superior performance.
High Adherence (HA) EcoStrapTM reinforcing strips consist of discrete channels of closely packed high tenacity polyvinyl alcohol (PVA-L) yarns encased in a polyethylene sheath. Corrugation-like ribs are created on both side of this strap to generate high friction. They are produced by a unique extrusion-coating process. Additionally, trapezoidal corrugations are formed on both sides of the strips to enhance friction.
The HT-PVAL fibers comply with stringent industry standards and offer remarkable durability in challenging environments, with a pH tolerance of up to 13.
